Home Care and Support Service The Council operates a flexible purchasing system (via a framework) for CQC regulated Homecare and Support, for adults including specialist services for people with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health. Mental Health Recovery The Council operates a flexible purchasing system (via a framework) comprising a number of separate Lots. Currently, the Council is inviting applicants from CQC registered organisations able to provide Supported Living Accommodation Based Services. The Council will be advertising further Lots in the coming year. Open to applications. c £28.5m (5 yr initial operating period)  
Housing Related Support The Council is planning to re-commission – housing related support options for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, through a newly established Flexible Purchasing System. 2023 (new Flexible Purchasing System). TBC

Day Opportunities The Council are planning to commission day opportunity services for people living with a learning disability (complex needs) and Autism. 2022 a new Flexible Purchasing System for 3 plus 2 years with no guarantee of expenditure or volume. £6,434,000
Supported Internships (with CYPS) The Council wish to commission a delivery partner to deliver the SI grant. The Council will ask for 3 quotes. This will be 1 plus 1 contract. £40,166.98

Drug and Alcohol Recovery and Treatment Service (All Age) The current providers are ‘We Are With You’ delivering ROADS (Rotherham Alcohol and Drug Service). This commenced in April 2023. They provide substance misuse harm reduction, opiate, non-opiate and alcohol treatment and recovery services for all ages.  2028 (option to extend for up to 5 years). £16 million approximately.
0-19 Children’s Public Health Nursing Service Current providers are The Rotherham Foundation Trust. This service provides universal, targeted and specialist support to all children in Rotherham and includes Health Visiting and School Nursing.

Sexual Health Service Provided by TRFT. New contract started April 2022. 2027 (option to extend for up to 5 years). £12.5 million approximately
NHS Health Checks Current provider is Connect Healthcare Rotherham CIC. The NHS Health Check is a health check-up for adults in England aged 40 to 74. It's designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, or dementia. 2027 (option to extend for up to 5 years). £1.26 millon approximately
Public Health and Lifestyle Behaviour Change Service Current providers Get Healthy Rotherham (Parkwood Healthcare) provide an integrated lifestyle and behaviour change service for adults including smoking cessation and weight management. This tender opportunity has recently passed and will be awarded in April 2023. £3 Million approximately
