Electric Vehicle Charging Points and Electric Vehicle only forecourts

At the Budget on 26 November 2026, the Chancellor announced that, with effect from 1 April 2026, there would be a ten year 100% business rates relief for electric vehicle charging points separately assessed by the Valuation Office Agency and for electric vehicle only forecourts.
