Help and advice with Family Time
We know that helping children to understand that they do not live with a parent can be a challenge, especially if this was a decision made in the Courts. It is important that they are able to have family time where they feel confident and able to get involved.
If you need any help or advice about family time, our team are here to help.

Creating patterns for children
Sometimes kinship families and birth families might need help in creating a pattern for children to spend time with their family, and that help with mediating is important.
Our Family Group Conferencing service are experts in helping families do this, and they include restorative conferencing trained practitioners.

Supervised Contact Arrangements
Although rare, there may be occasions where it is only possible for a parent to spend time with their child who is in a kinship arrangement through professional supervision. This might be due to safety or because there is no one who can support or supervise who is more familiar to the child.
There is usually a cost associated with this service and may take place at a contact centre.
