Family Group Conferencing
We know that kinship families can sometimes feel isolated and that sometimes family or friends need someone to help them come together and make a plan.
We are able to offer family group decision making to all kinship families. Depending on circumstances, this will either be a Family Network Meeting through a Kinship Navigator or an allocated family support worker, or through Family Group Conferencing service.
