Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Kwest Business Research will be carrying out telephone and online surveys with Council housing tenants as part of the annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures for the Regulator of Social Housing.
Kwest will be contacting around 400 Council tenants per month until the end of March 2025. Not all Council tenants will be contacted, as the survey is a sample survey. If you are a Council tenant and are contacted by Kwest to take part in the survey please get involved and let us know how we're doing.
The findings of the survey will be used to understand Council tenants’ satisfaction with their homes and services provided to tenants, including in communal areas and the wider estate environment.
The survey results will be submitted to the Regulator of Social Housing.
The results of the survey will also help the Council to further improve its housing related services to our customers.
