A Guide to Conservation Areas

A conservation area is an area of special interest, the character of which should be preserved or improved for local benefit. This has implications for development proposals within or adjacent to conservation areas.

There are currently 28 conservation areas in Rotherham. Please contact us for further information about any of these.
