The policy covers all licensed premises, such as those involved in the following activities:
- the retail sale of alcohol
- the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club
- the provision of regulated entertainment
- the provision of late night refreshment (between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am).
The draft policy includes a number of key changes, including the use of public health data, a cumulative impact assessment and improved mandatory and model conditions.
