Long term measures of success
Over the course of this Plan we expect to see an increase in:
- The proportion of eligible 2 year olds taking up an early education place as soon as possible
- The proportion of pupils passing the phonics screening in year 1
- The number of suitable homes that are available for as many care leavers as possible
- The proportion of children in care living within 20 miles of home.
- GCSE grades in the borough relative to the national average
- The number of children with an Education, Health and Care Plan in mainstream schools.
