If you or another adult in your home is on a low income, you could get help to pay your Council Tax.
There are two types of help available:
Council Tax Support
This help is available to everyone. The amount of help you can get depends on your financial circumstances.
Second Adult Rebate
This help is only available to pensioners. The amount of help you can get depends on the financial circumstances of other adults who live with you. This could be a friend or relative who works part-time, is on benefits or retired.
