Council meetings
Dates and times of the meetings for each committee are all available. Agendas are published five working days in advance of each meeting for people to view. Minutes provide a record of the issues discussed. They also include any recommendations for Cabinet or Full Council to consider.
Generally meetings are open to the public to attend although sometimes there might be items which are exempt and discussed in private. There are specific reasons why items may be exempt. For example, if information is financially or commercially sensitive or if it relates to one person.
