If you or someone you know needs help or support you can make an enquiry, raise a concern or get help and advice.
We can help you:
- Get help for someone who is being abused or neglected
- Get paid directly for care services
- To live independently
- To find a care home
- To find the right home care services
- With a care assessment
- With a carer assessment
If it looks like we can help we will contact you to assess your needs further. We may need to ask you some more questions to help you with your enquiry.
If we can't help you ourselves, we will tell you of other organisations who may be able to help.

To help minimise risks and ensure your safety, you can also use the number above after 5.30pm to get our out of hours service. Help is available in the evenings and at weekends to deal with appropriate health and social care crisis or emergency situations that occur.
