Elderly adults with autism will get the correct support they need. How can we do this?
- We want to give personal control about the support they need, whatever this may be.
- This includes giving support where we can in your own home, or close by.
- For some people, we will supply technology to manage long term health conditions such as monitors and devices you can wear.
