Homeless support accommodation

Supported accommodation is a short to medium-term housing option that helps people live independently while providing support. This support helps people learn skills to manage on their own when they move into their own permanent home. Some supported accommodation is for specific groups, like prison leavers, ex-offenders, young parents, and young people.

We work with different supported accommodation providers. Most of these require a referral from the Homeless Team or other support agencies like prison and mental health teams. There is usually a waiting list.
