Maltby Academy, Maltby

BAM Construction have transformed the existing site to provide over 10,000m² of modern teaching facilities in both new and refurbished buildings. This phase of works includes the focal point of the redevelopment, the new Business and Enterprise Centre as well as the refurbished teaching and social spaces. Most importantly, throughout the whole construction period, the daily running of the Academy has been maintained and safety ensured for the 1200 pupils and teaching staff.

Maltby Lilly Hall School, Maltby

The project brief was to amalgamate Maltby Lilly Hall Junior and Infant schools on one site. The build consisted of 4 Infant classes, 2 Foundation Stages, a “Wow” Entrance, Sports Hall and Ancillary Accommodation. Rotherham MBC Design and Projects alongside contractors George Hurst and Sons met the aspirations of the client by providing a stimulating, efficient, functional and visually appealing building all to a fairly modest budget.

University College Rotherham

University Centre Rotherham (UCR) is a brand new campus dedicated to education for degrees and professional training qualifications, providing a state-of-the-art teaching facility in the heart of Rotherham. The new-build UCR sits in its own campus, showcased by the mature landscaped setting that is connected back to the main College campus via the visibility offered between the two from the utilisation of the Doncaster Gate frontage.
