Parkinson and Sons, Westgate

This unique project had many challenges including limited access, sloping site and poor ground conditions. However, Eton Construction successfully built a quality new build, 3 storey, fully functioning funeral directors consisting of offices, chapels, workshop, refrigeration, garaging and a large platform lift.

Whitbys fish restaurant

Whitbys Fish Restaurant, Catcliffe

This purpose built specialist fish and chip restaurant with integral takeaway facilities on Poplar Way, Catcliffe, can seat 180 customers. Developed and Built by Foers Contracts and designed by Freeman Associates this two-storey building has a footprint of around 560 sq metres, with on-site parking facilities providing 77 spaces.

Waleswood Caravan & Camping Park 

The site was a former open cast mine but has been carefully developed o provide camping facilities with 163 pitches with electric hook ups. The site offers a modern welcoming reception area, shop, games room and bar/café with indoor and outdoor seating areas together with other onsite outdoor recreation opportunities along with modern toilets, showers and wet rooms.
