Sofaworks

When Sofaworks (or CSL Lounge Suites as they were originally known) approached Rotherham MBC in 2008 for an application for their store in Rotherham, it was the just the beginning of a long working relationship. Sofaworks have now partnered on over a dozen of their stores around England where we have been able to offer advice for their fit outs that include complicated mezzanine arrangements.

Wilkinsons

Rotherham Building Control Consultancy were approached by Hopton Architectural Ltd to give advice concerning the fire strategy when Wilkinsons took over the former Comet store at Parkgate retail World. After this free consultation a formal application was subsequently made, followed by a short construction programme where our inspectors worked closely with the contractors to help.
