Tenancy Support: Help and Advice service
Our Tenancy Support team can provide additional support for council tenants to help you maintain your tenancy.
We only offer help support for council tenants.
This help can include:
- Providing support and advice to help claim any benefits you may be entitled to
- Assistance with managing your finances and budgeting
- Help and advice with rent arrears and other debts
- Providing guidance on accessing GP services, Schools, and Employment advice
If you would like to speak to someone in person, pop along to one of our Tenancy Support Drop-In Sessions that we hold across the borough at our local community hubs. Please contact Tenancy Support or speak to your Area Housing Officer to confirm where we will be.
At our drop-in sessions we can provide support with:
- Universal Credit
- Benefit advice
- Council Tax support
- Rent letters
- Help with utility bills
