How will I be informed about planned works in my home?
Answer: We will write in advance about any planned works that will take place in your home this will provide the contact details of the Council Officer managing the project. Contractors will also write to you in more detail about the works, this will include, contractor’s contact details, scope of the work, the expected start date and duration of work, and any preparations you need to make. In some instances, a tenant liaising officer visit may be required on specific schemes, for example, where there are Health and Safety concerns.
