Have your say on the Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Licencing Policy
The Licensing Service are satisfied that the current policy accurately reflects the Council’s position in relation to the regulation of gambling in Rotherham and is therefore not proposing to make any amendments to the current policy.
Despite being confident in the standards set in the current policy, a formal review is now required, and the Gambling Act specifies that the Council must carry out consultation with a variety of stakeholders.
