Following the local elections in Rotherham on Thursday 6 May 2021 Councillors were elected to both the Hoober borough ward and parish councils within the ward boundary.
Borough ward
Emily Barley, Denise Lelliott and David Roche were elected as ward members for Hoober ward.

Parish Councils
There were also uncontested elections for Brampton Bierlow Parish Council and Wentworth Parish Council.
Helen Armatage, Sharon Balint, Sue Goff, Wayne Martin, Maureen Oliver, Richard Oliver, Simon Senior, Robert Tudor and Janet Watson were elected to Brampton Bierlow Parish Council.
Ernest Bradley, Eric Cook and Brendan McNamara were elected to represent the Wentworth ward of Wentworth Parish Council. Bill Crawford, Thomas Hill, Cynthia Shaw and Valerie Sykes were elected to represent the Harley ward of Wentworth Parish Council.
