Re-painting or re-spraying road vehicles or parts of them where the activity may result in the release into the air of particulate matter or of any volatile organic compound and the carrying on of the activity is likely to involve the use of 1 or more tonnes of organic solvents in any 12-month period. (Schedule 1, Part 2, Chapter 6, Section 6.4, Part B, Subsection (b) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016))
