Rotherham List of Affordable Housing Development Partners
The Rotherham List of Affordable Housing Development Partners was created with the objective of increasing the provision of affordable housing across the borough. The list of partners comprises the following Housing Associations:
- ACIS Group
- Action Housing
- Arches Housing
- Great Places Housing Group
- The Guinness Partnership
- Johnnie Johnson Housing
- Sanctuary Housing
- South Yorkshire Housing Association
- Together Housing
- Yorkshire Housing
These partners have a recent history of housing development in Rotherham, contribute to the Strategic Housing Forum and closely align with The One Rotherham Values through organisational policies and national accreditations and standards.
The partners list will be used to
- Share suitable housing development opportunities in an open and transparent way
- Develop new initiatives
- Shape cross-housing sector thinking and policy
There is no fee associated with joining the list and no exclusivity rights for organisations on the list. Please note that the Council works with a range of other housing associations who provide services such as housing-related support or provide supported living accommodation, and this list, which relates to housing development, does not affect those arrangements.
