Clifton Park, Rotherham
Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September, 10am – 5.30pm
Celebrating its 40th Anniversary Rotherham Show promises to be extra-special this year and everyone is invited!
About the Rotherham Show
Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Clifton Park for two days jam-packed with live music, street theatre, children’s entertainment, activities, stalls, food and much more. The show is family-friendly, free to enter, with much of the entertainment being free too.
Celebrating 40 years - a bit of history
The first Rotherham Show was delivered in 1979 as a result of the Rotherham Horticultural Society needing to relocate their show from the Town Hall Assembly rooms, and so the new Rotherham Show was built around this horticultural foundation. Whilst the horticultural exhibits and competitions remain very popular, a number of additional elements and a variety of entertainment have been added over the years. These including the Diversity Festival, Retro Marquee, live music, street theatre, children’s entertainment area and additional evening events within the music marquee.
