The 2025 to 2030 Housing Strategy sets out a clear direction for the next five years, aiming to keep our residents healthy and warm, play our part to reduce carbon emissions and reduce inequalities in and between our communities. We will do this by:
- Building high quality, sustainable and affordable new homes
- Improving the safety, quality and energy efficiency of existing homes
- Supporting our residents to live independently, including through prevention of homelessness
- Ensuring that our neighbourhoods are safe, happy, and thriving
