Rotherham Show

Clifton Park
Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 September
11am-5pm

Rotherham is gearing up for a weekend of celebration, creativity and family fun as the beloved Rotherham Show returns to Clifton Park for two action-packed days. The region’s biggest free cultural festival will make a welcome return to Clifton Park on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 September.

About Rotherham Show 2025

As the region’s biggest cultural festival, the show will feature live music, theatre, circus acts, comedy, sports and fairground rides. Visitors can enjoy popular attractions like the Strongmen competitions, Companion Dog Show, Vintage Vehicle Display and roaming performers throughout the park.

There will be a dedicated area for the Children’s Capital of Culture, showcasing the talents of young people in Rotherham. The Great Bullzini, one of the UK’s top high-wire performers, will amaze crowds with a daring performance above the park. The Made in Rotherham Horticultural Show also returns, along with the Chuckle Tent, featuring comedy acts from across the UK. Visitors can also enjoy a bit of nostalgia with retro video games from the National Video Game Museum.

For the first time, the show will include a giant game of snakes and ladders, created by Yorkshire artist James Brunt. And there will be plenty of stalls, street food and local traders offering handmade crafts and tasty treats.

“Rotherham Show celebrates our creativity, diversity and community spirit. There’s something for everyone – come along and enjoy this fantastic free event.” - Councillor Lynda Marshall
