Mental health enablement
Mental Health Enablement is a service which provides support for people with mental health care needs. The aim of the service is to help you connect with activities and groups that will give you long term support. This will support your recovery and aims to prevent any further mental health crisis.
Enablement provides one-to-one or group support over 15 weeks in your home or in the community, depending on your needs.
The support you get will be reviewed on a regular basis.
