Kinship Local Offer: Providing Feedback

Your views and feedback on services are important. Individual teams will always appreciate feedback, but if you want to provide feedback on a specific service, this is how to do so:

RDaSH

With responsibility for CAMHS.

You can give feedback or make a complaint to RDaSH NHS by filling out their online form, calling their PALS team, or emailing them. All contact details are on their website’s contact page.

With responsibility for 0-19 services.
