Missed collections
If your commercial waste bin has been missed, we can arrange to collect it.
Before you report a missed collection, please check:
- your collection day hasn’t changed
- whether there are operational service changes, for example due to bad weather
To make sure your collection isn't missed, please check:
- your bin, box or bag contains the correct waste materials
- your bin is not overfilled and that the lid can close
- there is no extra waste left next to your bin
- your bin, box or bag is left out at the correct time on your collection day
