As part of our delivery of this priority we will:
- We will have a workforce that has the skills and knowledge to meet needs locally and in a timely way.
- We will make sure our team has the right skills and knowledge to meet needs locally and at the right time.
As part of our delivery of this priority we will:
- Parent carers, siblings, family, and others who support children and young people with SEND are well supported.
They can easily access support for themselves and for the child they care for, and do not need to repeat their story to get support.
