Selective Licensing Progress Reports
Section 84 (3) of the Housing Act 2004 require local housing authorities to review the operation of a designation made by them from time to time. As part of the best practice guidance included in the General Approval, local authorities are requested to publish the outcome of any reviews that they undertake in respect of the selective licensing scheme(s) in a timely manner on their website.
Annual reviews of the progress of the declarations will be posted on this page.
