Useful information whilst you're at the Rotherham show

First Aid

Dedicated ambulance and first aid services will be based at Rotherham Show over the weekend. If you need medical attention, please alert one of the show stewards, or go to Event Control (located in the Made in Rotherham Area).

Lost and Found Children

Rotherham Show is very busy, so it may be helpful for your party to have an assembly point within Clifton Park should you become separated. Children should be with a responsible adult at all times, not roaming the showground unattended.

Tip: Take a photo of your child/children on your phone on the day of your visit to Rotherham Show so you have an up-to-date photo, if needed.

If you find you have been separated from your child/children, please alert a show steward, or go to Event Control (located in the Made in Rotherham Area). If you find a child that is lost, please do not take the child anywhere. Stay where you are and alert someone else to find a steward who will then alert Event Control for a member of the event staff to come to you and help.

Lost Property

Any lost property found during the show should be taken to Event Control, which is situated in the Made in Rotherham Area, or alternatively take it to the Garden Building Reception.

Smoking

All enclosed spaces onsite are non-smoking, including all tents and marquees and this includes electronic cigarettes. Please be responsible and respectful in open areas.

Toilets

You will find many temporary toilets at Rotherham Show including disabled toilets which also have baby changing facilities. Permanent toilets can be found in the water splash area and Clifton Park Museum. Clifton Park Museum also has Changing Places facilities.
