Facilities available at Rotherham Show
- Accessible toilet facilities are marked on the map. Clifton Park has three permanent accessible toilets. These are located at Clifton Park Museum, Garden House and in the Water Play area. There are also accessible toilets in each temporary toilet block.
- Disabled parking is available at both car parks, with dedicated spaces available at the Doncaster Road car park in Clifton Park. Parking costs £3 and payments are cashless. Extensive free parking is also available at weekends in the town centre.
- Changing Places facilities are available at Clifton Park Museum and in the Water Play area. The hoist and changing table remote switches are available from park staff on site, and users/carers will need to bring their own harness. Staff are based in kiosk by the water play area. - A Quiet Area is available in front of (Pitch 2) and inside Clifton Park Museum.
- This area is staffed by the charity. Visit the sense website fo rmore information.
- Assistance dogs are welcome at Rotherham Show.
- Mobility aids including scooters and wheelchairs will be available to hire at the side of the museum and also near the children’s play area. Hire is free, but photo ID will be required.
- A Medical Team will be on site throughout the weekend. A defibrillator is based on site at the Garden Building in Zone H.
- Marquees will be in place to provide wet weather and shaded cover for activities happening around the festival site. You are also welcome to take shelter at the Teddy Bear’s Picnic area (Pitch 20) at any time, for as long as you need, with no pressure to take part in an activity.
- Seating will be provided around performance spaces, at workshops and at various points across the site. This will include benches, chairs and tiered seating.
- Staff are there to help make the event accessible and enjoyable for everyone. They will be very happy to help if you need support – contact any staff member wearing a brightly coloured hi-vis vest.
