Doorstep Walks

Why not enjoy a walk in Rotherham? The doorstep walks are a collection of short walks ranging from 1.5 miles to around 6 miles in length. Most of the walks are circuits that will take roughly two and a half hours to complete.

The doorstep walks are designed for the whole family to enjoy. Some pass by historical sites, such as Roche Abbey. Others will take you on an adventure through some of the many woodland areas in Rotherham.

The walks make use of the rights of way within Rotherham. Some of these are bridleways, so take care on these as they are open to cyclists and horse riders.
