Report a problem with your garden waste subscription

If your brown bin hasn’t been emptied, you can report a missed bin collection

Please report a problem with your garden waste subscription if you have another issue, such as:

  • a brown bin you ordered hasn’t arrived
  • you have not received your welcome pack and sticker
  • your brown bin has been stolen/damaged.

Recycling centres

You can also take garden waste to any of our Household Waste Recycling Centres.
