Garden Waste Service Update – September 2025
Due to ongoing staffing pressures, we will be resuming a reduced garden waste collection service from Monday 1 September. Collections will take place once every four weeks, in line with our usual winter schedule.
This temporary change helps us maintain the reliability of our core waste services. All customers will receive one collection during September, rather than the usual two.
We understand this has caused inconvenience and we apologise for the disruption. We are reviewing how we make amends for missed collections and will update affected customers as soon as possible.

You can also check which collection week you are on by checking the sticker on your bin or by checking the collection calendars.
We are reviewing the situation weekly and will provide a further update by the end of September regarding October collections.
