Post 16/Further Education Students
Transport assistance may be provided for learners who live in the Rotherham area, are aged between 16-19 and have an education health and care plan (EHCP) or statement of special educational needs (SEN). If the learner does not have either, this form should not be used. Please contact the student services at school/college or visit the Travel South Yorkshire website for further advice on how to apply for help towards the cost of public transport costs.

Transport will only be approved for those students who qualify for the above and are starting full time education (over 12 guided learning hours per week).
There will be a contributory charge towards the costs of any transport provided. This is charged on a termly basis.
