Premium Ceremony
We offer a range of options for those who choose to celebrate their special day at Clifton Park Museum. The venue is a beautifully restored Grade II* listed building surrounded by stunning park land.
Once a booking is confirmed couples are given a ceremony pack, this includes useful information about the day and a special booklet, exclusive to Rotherham Registration Service, which explains the order of events and includes all the options for couples to create their ceremony.

- Photographer permitted for the key moments in the ceremony from a designated space
- Choices for introduction

- Pre-recorded music during signing of the Marriage schedule
- Music during signing of the Marriage Schedule
- Pre-recorded music as couple lead guests out
- Reserved parking is available for two cars.
Please advise your guests that parking at Clifton Park Museum is pay and display. The parking is payable by RINGO.

Ceremonies may also take place at other venues in Rotherham, please see the council web site for prices and details of venues approved for marriage and civil partnership.
Marriage Schedule
From 4 May 2021, following a significant change in legislation the traditional marriage register was abolished. All couples marrying at any venue in England and Wales from the date of commencement of this new legislation are required to sign the Marriage Schedule. The General Register Office for England and Wales have prepared the following information for couples;
If you would like to make an enquiry about booking a ceremony at Clifton Park Museum please contact Rotherham Registration Service.
You can visit the museum during its opening hours to view the ceremony room. The museum is closed Mondays and Sundays. If you are planning to visit to see the room, we recommend you avoid Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons as these are busy ceremony days.
