How tenant panels are making a difference
Screen Team
- Worked with Housing Property Services to create the new Keeping You Safe and Warm at Home leaflet.
- Provide ongoing feedback to shape future editions of the Home Matters tenant magazine.
Housing Involvement Panel
- Meets regularly with the council’s Performance Team to share views on housing performance.
- Helped create a set of housing performance data now published online. View the housing services current performance.
Tenant Scrutiny Panel
- Recently scrutinised the tenancy health check process.
