Here are some examples of the great impact that tenants getting involved has.

Tenant Panels play a vital role in helping us to improve housing services. Here's a glimpse of how they've been making a positive impact:

The Screen Team

The Team recently worked with the council’s Housing Property Services Team to create a simple and clear new ‘Keeping You Safe and Warm at Home’ leaflet.  They also offer feedback to shape future editions of the Home Matters tenant magazine.

The Housing Involvement Panel

The Panel regularly meeting with the council’s Performance Team to share their views on Housing Services performance.  Recently the Panel also worked with the Performance Team to create a set of housing performance data that is now being shared online.

The Tenant Scrutiny Panel

The Panel have recently completed an exercise scrutinising the tenancy health check process.Their report contains brilliant recommendations that are being used by the Housing and Estates Services team to improve the process.
