Refunds

If you have a credit on your leasehold account we would recommend that you use the credit to pre-pay future service charges, however you can request a refund using the online housing rent refund facility.

To use this facility you must be the leaseholder and the refund is to be made payable to you.

Please note that we will not issue a refund if you have further service charges due in the next month.

It's important that the contact details we hold for you are complete and up-to-date. We would particularly like to be provided with your email address as we feel that the use of electronic communications wherever possible will help to keep service charges as low as possible.
