What action will be taken on your complaint
If the Standards and Ethics Committee finds that the code of conduct has been broken, it can impose sanctions such as:
- Censure the Member
- Remove the Member from committees or outside bodies
- Publicise the fact of the Standards and Ethics Committee finding the code of conduct to have been breached
- Recommend further training for the Member
