Selling your property

As the property is yours, you are able to sell the property if you wish. However, if you already have a tenant in the property, you could consider selling the property with a tenant in situ which means that they could stay in the property even after you sell it. You can speak to your estate agent about this, and they may be able to put your property forward to investors and other landlords.
