Disrepair

It is important that as a landlord, you ensure the property is fit for human inhabitation and the property is kept in good repair. If you are notified by the Council that your tenant has reported you to Environmental Health, it can be upsetting, however, you need to work alongside the Council and with your tenant to ensure that the property is in a good habitable state for your tenant to safely live in.
