Case study

The Rotherham Town Centre Trilogy developments were completed in 2023 in partnership with Willmott Dixon Construction.

The development over three disused and contaminated sites, Well gate, Westgate Riverside, and Millford, created a total of 171 new homes. 109 of these for Council Rent, 20 for Shared Ownership (all now sold) and 42 for sale on the open market (with 66% of these now sold or reserved).

The development includes secure parking and cycle stores, communal gardens, easy access to transport links and superb views of the River Don and New York Stadium.

The project has also helped create local jobs and apprenticeships, deliver education programmes in local schools and support local charities.
