Pre-booked Tours
We are delighted to announce that Keppel’s Column will reopen for the 2024 season on Sunday 14th April. Pre-booked tours of the column will be available from 11.00am until 1.00pm, on the second Sunday of the month from April to October (except for April due to the Easter Holidays). There will also be tours from 11.00am until 1pm on one Thursday per month.
Dates for this years’ tours are as follows:
- April (Sunday 14th and Thursday 25th)
- May (Sunday 12th and Thursday 23rd)
- June (Sunday 9th and Thursday 27th)
- July (Sunday July 14th and Thursday 25th)
- August (Sunday August 11th and Thursday 22nd)
- September (Sunday 15th and Thursday 26th)
- October (Sunday 13th)
Opportunities to book will be released on a 3 monthly basis.
Each tour will be led by a member of our volunteer team, each with their own stories and researched histories to share with you.
The cost of the tour is £5.50 per person and is payable in advance through an online booking system. The tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
In the unfortunate event of the tour being cancelled all ticket holders will be contacted and provided with a full refund.
All visitors must be aged 13 years or over and must be able to comfortably climb and descend the spiral steps.
Parking can also be made on request for pre-booked tours.
This historic monument is located next to residential areas, please be respectful to our neighbours when visiting the site.
