Rotherham Town Centre Vacancy Survey
As part of the delivery of Core Strategy Policy CS12 ‘Managing Change in Rotherham’s Retail and Service Centres’, the Council carries out quarterly surveys of vacancies within Rotherham Town Centre (January, April, July and October) and prepares reports which contain a summary of recent changes, figures and map.
The latest report contains information of the fourth quarter of 2022 (October - December)
