Housing Delivery Test Action Plan
In July 2018, Central Government, in a refresh of the National Planning Policy Framework, introduced an annual measurement for housing delivery– the Housing Delivery Test.
The results of the latest tests for all local authorities were released on 19 January 2021.
The Housing Delivery Test result for Rotherham is 88%. This means that the Council is required to publish an action plan analysing the causes of under delivery and setting out the actions proposed to remedy this situation.
