Request a partial Garden Waste refund for the 2025/26 subscription year
We understand that disruption last year was frustrating, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
Because this isn’t the standard of service we are committed to, as a goodwill gesture we are freezing the price for people who resubscribe, and discounting £10 from next year’s bill. If you pay for two bins, you’ll be entitled to a £20 discount.
As a result, the price of the service is £39 for a single bin, or £69 if you use two brown bins at your home.
If you don’t want to re-subscribe, you can request a £10 refund per bin.
