Discount for Rothercard holders
Rothercard holders are entitled to a 10% discount on the cost of their garden waste collection service for 2024/25. This discount only applies to your first bin and is limited to one bin per household. You cannot claim against any additional bins.
If you're a Direct Debit customer, don’t worry if you’ve not let us know yet that you are a Rothercard holder. You can claim your refund here.
If you pay by card, you will be asked to enter your Rothercard details when completing the sign up for Garden Waste form.
