Monitoring and replying to your queries

The corporate Facebook and Twitter accounts are monitored regularly throughout the day Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5pm, except Bank holidays, public holidays and any other advertised closures.

We may post outside of these times but accounts are not monitored.

If you contact us via social media during these times we will aim to reply as soon as possible if appropriate. There may be delays due to staff availability or whilst we investigate your enquiry.

Other accounts related to the Council may be monitored at different times depending on the service’s opening hours. These will be stated in the account’s information on the relevant website.
