- Owner occupiers
- Landlords
- Private tenants
- Social housing tenants
- Council tenants
If you are not the owner of the property, we will need confirmation from your landlord in order to proceed with your application.
Whilst Council tenants can still apply for the grant, an application is not required to receive the grant for their property. Housing Property Services will be overseeing flood resilience work to all eligible Council properties. Housing Property Services are aware of all eligible properties.
Grants are only available at 1 per property. A landlord and a tenant cannot both successfully apply for the grant at the same property.
