How to pay for social care
By Internet
You can use your debit or credit card to make payments on-line. You will need to quote your Account Reference and your debit or credit card details.
By phone
You can use your debit or Credit Card to make a payment by calling 01709 823955 between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
By Post
Please send payments to:
Rotherham MBC, Finance and Customer Services, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE
Cheques should be made payable to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
Please ensure you include your Account Reference. Please do not send cash in the post.
By Direct Debit
You can pay your Care Charges by four weekly direct debit.To set up your Direct Debit call 01709 823955
By PayPoint
Payment for Care Charges can be made free of charge at any shop or store displaying the PayPoint logo or at any Post Office. Please ensure you have your invoice with you in order that the barcode can be scanned. A full list of PayPoint outlets can be found at Paypoint and a full list of post offices can be found at www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder. A receipt will be issued which should be retained for your records as proof of payment. You should allow 5 working days for payments to reach your account.
